The National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) has named Neil J. Marshall as President during the 2011 NEBB Annual Meeting, October 20-22, Savannah, GA.
Ellis Air Conditioning was established in 1964 and Neil Marshall has 26 years experience as its Chairman and CEO. Neil qualified as a NEBB Certified Professional in 1981 and was fundamental in the formation of the first NEBB Chapter in Australia. He has been on the NEBB Board of Directors for 6 years.

- Life member of American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, Inc (ASHRAE)
- Past Vice President and Executive Committee member of the Building Industries Specialist Sub Contractor Organization of Australia (BISCOA).
